Join us for family dinner on the second Thursday of every month from 6-8pm (or until we run out of food). Family dinner is free, just donate as much or as little as you can afford. All proceeds go to supporting community projects and organizations in our neighborhood. Spend some time getting to know your neighbors – all are welcome!
At Rivers and Roads, we are a little crazy about the details. We roast our coffee, scratch make our syrups, bake our own bread and pastries, and geek out on food. Our rotating menu features scratch made pastries, sandwiches, salads, and other delicious things. Along with our regular menu, we also have gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and paleo options available daily.
Our Selection of house-made pastries rotates daily. Alongside traditional pastry offerings, we also bake for many dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan. Follow us on Instagram for the current selection.

At Rivers and Roads Coffee we roast all of our coffee in-house. We focus on buying the best quality green beans from across the world and roast in small batches carefully timed to be at perfect drinkability when we serve you. Our constantly rotating selection doesn't sit still for long, giving us the opportunity to experience some truly excellent and unique offerings. Our roast aesthetic leans heavily to the lite side of the roast spectrum, endeavoring to highlight the terroir of the growing region and respect the efforts of the skilled farmers and importers who make our craft possible.

Desiree Keen is an educator, trainer, writer, customer service specialist and dreamer.
In her past career, Desiree spent over a decade perfecting her craft in the world of hair artistry and design. Her experience as a master stylist and studio salon owner naturally segued into education and corporate training, where she worked for the Aveda Corporation for many years. Leaving her long-time career with Aveda, she most recently worked as an educator for Denver Public Schools.
Desiree’s passion for building community and lifting people up through education are at the core of her new role as the Co-Founder and General Manager of Rivers and Roads Coffee.

Michael Keen is an artist, illustrator, designer, chef, business systems developer, expert barista, and coffee roaster.
In an attempt to meld his worlds, Michael spent many years striving to perfect the art of coffee service, preparation and community, eventually becoming an internationally recognized latte artist and restaurant design consultant. Through this art form, he has had the opportunity to share coffee with people from around the world, and has been featured in various print and television outlets such as The Today Show, The Dr. Oz Show, The Denver Post, Denver Modernism, 5280, The London Sun, Denver Life Magazine, Channel 9 News, Fox 31 News, Channel 4 News, and more.
